For several years now the Truro-based company has sponsored the carbon zero jute shoppers which this year feature an attractive lovebirds design in duck egg blue and plum colours.
In the past the bags have only been made available to visitors to the Cornwall Macmillan Christmas Fair but this year 150 are being offered to Cornwall and Devon Media readers in exchange for a generous charitable donation.
Lillicrap Chilcott Director Sarah Lillicrap explained: “The bags that Erica designs are absolutely terrific and we are delighted to be involved with them each year. This year we want to make as much money as we can for the charity so for the first time we are making available an additional 150 bags.”
The bags can be picked up from Lillicrap Chilcott’s Lemon Street office and to make sure of yours you need to email Sarah Lillicrap at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your donation.
Sarah said: “This is such a fantastic charity that does a huge amount of work throughout the county. I doubt any of us will be lucky enough to get through life without knowing someone who has been touched by cancer and by purchasing and using these limited edition bags we can all show our support for the work to overcome the effects of this terrible disease.”
“I want people reading this to take the cause to their hearts and to contact me now to offer as much as they can possibly spare for the charity. Every single penny will go direct to supporting vital cancer services in Cornwall and every single penny will count.”
