Special thanks to Jack Greenwood and Glenn McFadzean regarding the sale of our house, they both worked very hard and I was very impressed in particular at being able to speak to them out of office hours.

Cornish estate agent predicts rush of buyers as last house at Belvedere is reduced in price
Nov 2008
A flurry of interest is expected in Truro this week following the announcement that the final house in the prestigious Rosemullion Homes Belvedere development has been reduced in price.

25 Belvedere is now being offered for sale at a price of £399,950 – a figure described by estate agents Lillicrap Chilcott as “extremely attractive”.

The house on the outskirts of Truro is a handsome detached four bedroom property with a garden and off-road parking for two cars.

Andrew Chilcott said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get their hands on a superb family home at a truly desirable price. There are very few new homes being built in Truro at the moment and here we have a house, built by an award-winning developer, that is now priced with absolute realism as the developers now wish to be able to concentrate their efforts on their latest project, Trinity Watch in St Ives.”

25 Belvedere has been the source of much interest from prospective buyers over the months with a number of offers submitted, all at significantly higher levels than the current asking price.

Said Mr Chilcott: “There is no shortage of people wanting to buy 25 Belvedere but none of those who have made offers are currently in a position to be able to proceed. We are confident that the new price will attract a great deal of fresh interest and that someone will secure an extremely good home for themselves and their family.”

“It is absolutely perfect for those looking to trade up as the value for money will be at its greatest level. Similarly it is also ideal for those looking to downsize and who are looking to buy new-build quality from a company with a tremendous track record.”
